The typical lead time is 2-3 weeks.
Do you offer a warranty on your metal buildings? If so, what does it cover and for how long?
Yes, we offer a 1-year workmanship warranty and a 40-year warranty on the metal.

Can I customize the size and layout of my metal building?
Yes, just discuss your ideas with us so we can help develop the plan.
Can I make custom choices for doors, windows, and insulation?
Yes, we will go over these options with you as you plan your building. It can be any way you want.
Do you offer different color options for the exterior of the buildings?
Yes, there are a variety of color choices for both the metal and wood buildings. With dozens of colors, you will find something you love.
Can I add features such as skylights, ventilation, or lofts?
Yes, you can add these features.
Are there any limitations to the design or layout I can choose?

Pricing and Payment
How much does a custom metal building cost?
The cost depends on many factors. We have price lists available to give you an idea, and we will also be glad to custom quote any building with your specific requirements.
Do you provide financing options or payment plans?
No, we do not provide traditional financing plans. However, we have strong rent-to-own plans with no credit check.
Is there a deposit required to start the project?
Yes, a deposit is required to start the project.
Are there any hidden costs or fees I should be aware of?
No, you will know all your financial obligations upfront.
Installation and Delivery
Do you handle the delivery and installation of the buildings?
Yes, we handle both delivery and installation.
What site preparation is required before installation?
Clear a spot large enough to get our delivery truck and trailer into your site. Prepare the site where your building will be installed. It is not necessary to level it, but you will be happier in the long run if you do.
How long does the installation process typically take?
Installation typically takes a couple of hours or less.
Do I need to obtain any permits before installing a metal building?
You will need to check with your local authorities and obtain any necessary permits. We do not get involved in that process.
Maintenance and Durability
How durable are your metal buildings?
They come with a 40-year warranty and should stand the test of time under normal conditions. Like any other structure, fire and wind can be destructive, but normally it will last for decades with no problems.
What maintenance is required to keep the building in good condition?
Just wash it regularly with a pressure washer and take care not to damage it.
Are your buildings resistant to weather, pests, and other environmental factors?
Yes, metal buildings are excellent in this regard. For components close to the ground, we use pressure-treated lumber.
Can the buildings be relocated if needed?
Yes, they can be relocated.

Can your buildings be used for both residential and commercial purposes?
Yes, many people like them for tiny homes, she sheds, man caves, small offices, and playhouses. They can be wired and insulated during manufacturing.
Are your buildings suitable for agricultural use, such as barns or equipment storage?
